Allied Telesis AT-QSFP28-SR4 Compatible 100Gbps QSFP28 100GBASE-SR4 850nm 100m MMF MTP/MPO-12 DDM/DOM Optical Transceiver Module Allied Telesis AT-QSFP28-SR4 compatible optical transceiver is a parallel 100Gbps Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable QSFP28 module for use in 100GBASE Ethernet network. QSFP28 SR4 provides 103.1Gb/s throughput up to 100 meters over OM4 or 70 meters over OM3 multi-mode fiber (MMF) with host FEC using 850nm wavelength. This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4 and CAUI-4 standard. Its electrical interface is MSA compliant 38-pin edge type connector and the optical interface is MTP/MPO-12 connector. The full-duplex QSFP28 transceiver implements 4 independent 25.78125Gbps transmit and receive signal channels in each fiber for an aggregate 103.125Gbps data rate. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring/Digital Optical Monitoring (DDM/DOM) support is present for real-time performance monitoring via 2-wire (TWI/I2C) interface.
